There is a film on my mind right now, and it has been ever since I saw the trailer for it in theaters last month. It is rattling my brain and forcing me to go see it when it is released on August 14.
This film goes by the name of DISTRICT 9. And it's looking to be the most incredible film ever created.
It is a film about a group of Insectoid-like aliens that crash land onto our planet. They are forced to live in slum-like conditions in South Africa by a corporation known as M.N.U. (Multi National United), and they are forced to break out. It is a film created by director Neill Blomkamp, and produced by Peter Jackson who brought you the most recent King Kong film. I just wanted to share this film with all who aren't aware of it yet, and I want to provide you all with as much information as possible regarding it.
